Returns Policy

At MARIA K JEWELLERY, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery and inspect each piece individually prior to posting it to you. Though if the piece is found with a defect, we are more than happy to have the item exchanged for another or extend full refund if the customer notifies within the specified timeframe.

Removal of any tags from the jewellery piece will forfeit any returns, please inspect your piece properly prior to removing the tag. Remove the tag only if you accept the piece by cutting it off with scissors. Do not rip the tag off as it will brake the item.

In event of any Returns acceptance, items will not be accepted for returns without their original Maria K Jewellery tags attached originally and properly by production. Only items with the tags attached will be accepted for returns.

Please inspect your jewellery piece prior to removing the tag off. Once the tag is cut off, no returns.

Any items purchased with a Discount code are final - no returns or exchange is accepted. Sold as is. 

Made to order items are considered as custom made items and therefore no returns or exchange can be offered. Please talk to us about your issue to be fixed and costs to be determined.

Any items purchased on sale or discount is final, no exchange or refund offered.

These requirements apply in the event that you return any goods to us for any reason:

• Our clients are provided 24 hours of recieving the item to inspect the jewellery piece for any defects. Please notify 
  • MARIA K JEWELLERY within 24 hours time frame of the defect by sending us an e-mail to returns@mariakjewellery.com with your name, shipping address, jewellery piece name, order date, receipt number and describing the defect.
• The jewellery creations must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered within 7 days of receiving the jewellery piece and on condition that the defect was notified to MARIA K JEWELLERY within 24 hours of recieving the item.
• Notification must be via email or written text message to us and must include your name, item purchased and the issue. The method of return of jewellery creations is to be determined by us but at your own risk and cost. A refund will be returned to you upon receiving the and completing full inspection of the goods within 15 days.
• So far as possible, Goods should be returned:
  • With both Goods and all packaging in their original condition
  • Securely wrapped- similar way they were delivered to you
  • Including our delivery slip; or manufacturer’s delivery slip
  • At your risk and cost – with insurance in case to cover any damage or loss by the postal service.
• In returning faulty Goods please enclose with them a note clearly stating the fault and when it arises or arose.

Items should be returned with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates and instruction booklets). Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.

All returns are subject to inspection by our team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. MARIA K JEWELLERY will pay and refund you for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.

CHANGE OF MIND

All sales are final, please carefully choose, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

MARIA K JEWELLERY reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur with shipping costs covered by the owner of the jewellery pieces.

It is at the customer’s expense to safely return the jewellery creations to MARIA K JEWELLERY as instructed by our team, and under clients’ responsibility until the goods arrive safely so please make sure to have the pieces insured with the postal service in case any loss or damage occurs by the courier.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel your order 60 minutes after your order has been placed online or with us over the phone. To do that please send us a direct e-mail to maria@mariakjewellery.com with the item ordered, your name and shipping address the jewellery piece was meant to be posted to.

Please note that orders that have already been handcrafted and/or have been dispatched will not be cancelled.
